Stardom held a major show on Saturday from Ota Ward Gymnasium featuring the finals of its annual Cinderella tournament.
The event aired online as a pay-per-view, which included English commentary for the product. It is expected that the show will appear on Stardom World over the next week.
The show saw Saya Kamitani win the annual Cinderella tournament, defeating Maika in the final with the Phoenix Splash.
The winner of the tournament is granted a ‘wish’ with Kamitani stating she wants to challenge Tam Nakano for the Wonder of Stardom Championship.
Earlier in the show, the semi-finals of the tournament featured Kamitani defeating Himeka and Maika beating Unagi Sayaka to set up the final later in the show.
Kamitani, 24, made her debut in August 2019. She previously held the Goddess of Stardom Championship with Utami Hayashishita, which they held until last December.

The main event saw World of Stardom Champion Utami Hayashishita defend her championship against Syuri. The match went the full thirty minutes and it was ruled a draw. The two were given an additional thirty minutes with the restarting of the match leading to a double count-out when both women were down in the ring and the count of ten was made.
