Come January 5th when AEW Dynamite moves over to TBS, the first-ever TBS Women’s Champion will be crowned. The bracket for the tournament was unveiled during Rampage. The tournament kicks off on the 10/23 Dynamite as Ruby Soho meets Penelope Ford. When Dynamite returns to Wednesdays on 10/27, Serena Deeb is taking on Hikaru Shida.

In the main event of Rampage, Andrade El Idolo and PAC went one-on-one and PAC got the win after holding Andrade in a roll-up for the three count. Immediately following the match, the lights in the arena went out and Malakai Black was standing in between PAC and Andrade. Black targeted PAC and was going to help Andrade take PAC out. Before he could do so, Arn Anderson came down to the ring to distract Malakai so Cody Rhodes could make the run-in from behind. Malakai and Cody are competing against one another on the 10/23 Dynamite.

Orange Cassidy advanced in the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament by defeating Powerhouse Hobbs. Orange will meet the winner of Jon Moxley versus Preston ’10’ Vance. Fellow first round matches include Bryan Danielson versus Dustin Rhodes along with Eddie Kingston versus Lance Archer.

The AEW Women’s World Title was defended on the program as the champion Britt Baker retained over Anna Jay. Post-match, Jay was outnumbered by Baker, Jamie Hayter and Rebel. Tay Conti came to Anna’s aid and held the AEW Women’s World Title above her head in the process.

Adding on to the 10/23 Dynamite lineup is Jungle Boy versus Brandon Cutler.
