The Halloween edition of WWE Raw was among the least viewed shows in its history while still finishing among the top ten programs on cable.

The October 31st edition from Dallas averaged 1,501,000 viewers and approximately 470,000 (0.36) in the 18-49 demographic, ranking seventh among cable originals behind all of ESPN’s programming and coverage of Monday Night Football. Raw running on Halloween night was the biggest factor but did receive a gift when Game 3 of the World Series was postponed to Tuesday. The show aired against the Cleveland Browns vs. Cincinnati Bengals did 10.0 million viewers and 2.84 in 18-49 on ESPN and the Manning Cast attracted 1.29 million viewers and 0.43 in the demo with the overall viewership for Monday Night Football down from the previous week.

Raw was down 8% in overall viewership and down 19% in the key demo. It was the least-watched episode of Raw since May 30th and among the lowest in the show’s history on USA Network (there were episodes on Syfy that were lower) and was the second lowest 18-49 audience on record for the show. The lowest 18-49 audience was on December 6, 2021, when Raw aired an NFL game between New England and Buffalo.

In the 18-49 demo this week, the male audience declined 26% from last week while females only dropped by 6.5%. They were down 12% among adults 18-34 and a big drop of 23% among adults 35-49. The lone bright spot was females 12-34 rising 10% this week and growing throughout the episode.

The show opened with 1,553,000 viewers and 0.35 in 18-49, which was Raw’s least-watched opening hour since this past May on Memorial Day. The show grew to 1,586,000 and 0.39 in the second hour including a 17% increase among males 18-49 in that hour. The show declined to 1,363,000 viewers and 0.34 in the final hour which was the lowest final hour since the 4th of July episode this past summer.

Throughout the episode, the overall audience dropped by 12% while the 18-49 audience only fell 3% but had a noticeable drop from the second hour. Adults 18-34 and females 18-49 grew throughout the three hours.

In Canada, Raw did a great number with 259,900 viewers and 145,300 in the 25-54 demographic as the show returned to Sportsnet 360 after airing on OLN last week. It was Raw’s most-watched episode in Canada since September 5th and was up 69% in overall viewership from two weeks ago on the same network. Raw ranked third among sports programming on Monday behind Monday Night Football and the Toronto Raptors vs. Atlanta Hawks.
