The debut of Trinity Fatu highlighted Thursday’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling.

The former WWE talent was part of the final segment and received a great reaction from the audience at Cicero Stadium, which was promoted constantly by Tom Hannifan throughout the program.

Trinity stated she was here at IMPACT Wrestling to win the Knockouts Championship, which prompted the current holder Deonna Purrazzo to walk out and confront her.

Purrazzo stated that stepping into the ring with the champion is not something “you can just walk out on” as a veiled reference to Trinity’s walkout on the day of an episode of Raw last May. Trinity countered by stating that when Purrazzo faces her, she’ll wish she would be fired again and referring to Purrazzo being cut by WWE in 2020.

Jordynne Grace came out to mention that she has a rematch with Purrazzo for the title at Under Siege on 5/26 with Trinity stating she will await the winner.

The show included the latest match between Jonathan Gresham and Speedball Mike Bailey, which saw Gresham avoid Ultima Weapon and apply the Octopus submission for the quick tap and now holds two wins over Bailey.

In a six-man tag, Rhino and Heath were enlisted by PCO as his mystery partners as they defeated IMPACT Champion Steve Maclin, Champagne Singh & Shera after PCO hit Singh with the De-animator and the PCO Sault. PCO will challenge Maclin for the IMPACT Championship at Under Siege while Rhino was granted a title shot for next week’s episode by Scott D’Amore.

Sami Callihan took on Kon in a match that was thrown out after numerous pledges for The Design swarmed the ring in yellow hoodies to attack Callihan. This prompted Callihan to see back-up from Rich Swann despite their history and telling Swann that they are brothers, which led to Swann storming off with giving Callihan an answer.

And, Rosemary has left Jessicka to enter the Undead Realm with Father Jim Mitchell in search of Taya Valkyrie.

Next week’s show will include the following matches from the same tapings in Chicago:
*IMPACT Championship: Steve Maclin © vs. Rhino
*Knockouts Tag Team Championships: The Coven © vs. Deonna Purrazzo & Jordynne Grace
*Nick Aldis vs. Sheldon Jean
