Four shows on the POST Café this week including Rewind-A-Wai’s review of The Last of McGuinness documentary starring Nigel McGuinness from 2013. John Pollock & Wai Ting cover the career of McGuinness, uprooting from England and settling in Cincinnati, and rising to become the ROH World Champion before his career ended in late 2011. The self-produced documentary covers Nigel’s find series of matches and reflects on whether his career was a success or not, the circumstances behind losing his WWE contract in 2009, going to TNA, and why he was released from that company.
Rewind-A-SmackDown with John & Wai airs Friday night live at 10 p.m. ET followed by Collision Course on Saturday night at the same time with Kate from Montreal & John Siino.
Then, Karen Peterson & Bruce Lord will have a Café-exclusive review of NJPW’s Destruction in Kobe card featuring Will Ospreay vs. Yota Tsuji for the IWGP U.K. Championship from Kobe World Hall.
