Jade Cargill applies to trademark her name for merchandise and appearances

Jade Cargill has filed an application to trademark her name with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The application applies to the use of her name on goods including: action figures, bandanas, hats, shirts and short-sleeved shirts, sweatshirts, and hooded sweatshirts.

It also extends to her personal appearances, in and out of the ring.

The application was filed in the name of attorney Michael E. Dockins, who has handled similar applications for other wrestlers such as Adam Copeland, Mercedes Moné and Cody Rhodes.

Jade Cargill is the recent WWE signee’s real name, and it is how she has been billed on her brief appearances across the company’s brands in recent weeks.

Her application, which can viewed in full on the USPTO website, was filed on October 14th.
