NXT hits largest 18-49 audience in three months prior to Stand & Deliver

The final NXT heading into Stand & Deliver delivered the show’s largest audience in its core demo in nearly three months.

The April 2 episode averaged 641,000 viewers and 264,000 (0.20) in the 18-49 demographic, per Wrestlenomics and Sports Media Watch.

It was the show’s largest audience since March 5 and the strongest performance among the core demographic since January 9.

The week-to-week comparison saw a seven percent increase in viewership and a seventeen percent uptick among the 18-49 audience.

NXT ranked fifth among sports programming on Tuesday behind NBA & NCAA basketball programming including head-to-head matchups involving Utah and Indiana State (1,029,000 viewers ad 0.24 in the demo) and the Oklahoma Thunder vs. Philadelphia 76ers (979,000 and 0.30).

In Canada, NXT averaged approximately 101,000 viewers and 33,000 in the 25-54 demographic on Sportsnet 360, which did not rank among the top ten sports programs on Tuesday. It was still NXT’s largest audience in Canada since February 27 and increased twenty percent from last week.
