Oba Femi’s next challenger steps up.
At NXT Stand & Deliver, Oba Femi emerged victorious from a Triple Threat involving Josh Briggs and Dijak to retain his North American Championship.
He appeared on the 4/9 NXT to speak about the match and his victory. He was then confronted by former NXT and Raw Tag Team Champion, Ivar. Ivar made it clear that he’s coming for Femi’s title.
As Femi was making his way out of the ring, Ivar stopped him and that led to Ivar getting headbutted. When the two began to brawl, Ivar got the better of him and then held up the North American Title.
Ivar has been working singles matches since his partner Erik underwent C6/C7 neck fusion surgery in the fall of 2023.
