A number of matches set up for upcoming shows.

United Japan Pro-Wrestling’s first event titled ‘All Together’ took place on 5/6 from Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. The headlining match of the show was a six-man tag that saw Shota Umino, Yuki Ueno and newly crowned GHC Heavyweight Champion Kaito Kiyomiya best Konosuke Takeshita, Shun Skywalker and Yuya Uemura.

After the match, Kiyomiya was ambushed by NJPW’s Gabe Kidd. Kidd went on to pick up the GHC Heavyweight belt and held it above his head. It was soon confirmed by NOAH that Kidd will be challenging Kiyomiya for the title at NOAH’s June 16th show. That’ll take place one day after the second U.J.P.W. show in Sapporo

In addition to that, NOAH has their ‘One Night Dream 2’ event on May 22nd and joining the lineup are the following NJPW versus NOAH matches:

  • Tomohiro Ishii vs. Masa Kitamiya
  • Los Ingobernables de Japon (Tetsuya Naito & Shingo Takagi) vs. G.L.G. (Jake Lee & Tadasuke)
