WWE Champion Cody Rhodes made an appearance on BBC children’s channel CBeebies this Wednesday, providing those tuning in with a short bedtime story.
Rhodes appeared on the channel’s “Bedtime Stories” series, a daily television program which sees broadcast personalities and celebrities read short stories just before 7 p.m. local time.
“Once I’ve started reading, you better believe I’m going to finish the story,” Rhodes said on the show, a nod to his wrestling career.
The episode saw Rhodes tell a story about Gigantic, “a little whale with a big heart.” The moral of the story was that it isn’t the physical size of someone who matters, but instead their heart.
“You don’t have to be big and strong to be brave and kind,” Rhodes said.
