Thom Latimer has held the title since August 2024, when he won it from EC3 in Philadelphia on an episode of NWA Powerrr.
The former Baron Corbin has competed just once since parting with WWE in a defeat to Josh Barnett under Bloodsport rules at The People vs. GCW on January 19th. At that event, he competed under his real name of Tom Pestock.
MLP Wrestling Mayhem will stream on Triller as a pay-per-view, with Mauro Ranallo and Don Callis calling the action.
No other matches have yet been set for the event, but talent including NOAH’s Kaito Kiyomya, NJPW’s KUSHIDA and AEW’s Harley Cameron are confirmed to compete.
