Kevin Owens has no update on his neck.
The WWE performer posted to X on the tenth anniversary of his first appearance on WWE Raw to answer John Cena’s challenge.

Owens stated that he has not had neck surgery and that they were still figuring out the best way to proceed and what needs to be done. Owens added that there is a lot of uncertainty, which will hopefully be cleared up in the next several weeks.
Owens reflected on his main roster debut on May 18, 2015, in Richmond, Virginia, when he answered the open challenge issued by John Cena.
The call-up occurred six months after his debut in NXT, and he was still holding the NXT Championship when he was called up.
Owens also promoted the new book Fight Forever: The Ball of Kevin and Sami by J.J. McGee and published by Hybrid Shoot.
