TNA ventured to Canada with its Under Siege event on Friday at the CAA Centre in Brampton, Ontario.
The company will return on Saturday for a night of television tapings, but the TNA+ special was headlined by Joe Hendry teaming with Elijah against Trick Williams and Frankie Kazarian.
The main event featured the TNA champion and his challenger on Sunday’s Battleground event. Hendry & Elijah got the victory after Williams accidentally struck Kazarian with the Trick Shot, which led to the Standing Ovation on Kazarian.
In the match that was heavily promoted, Eddie Edwards defeated Cody Deaner to end Deaner’s TNA career. The story was that Deaner’s contract had expired, and he needed to beat Edwards to receive a contract extension. The ending occurred after Alisha Edwarda hit Deaner low, and Edwards won after hitting the Boston Knee Party.

Ash & Heather by Elegance retained the TNA Knockouts tag titles, defeating Spitfire. The champions held onto the titles after Ash hit Rarified Air for the pinfall. Due to the loss, Jody Threat and Dani Luna must split up as a team.
Masha Slamovich defended the Knockouts title against Victoria Crawford and won the match after hitting Requiem on the championship belt. Lei Ying Lee issued a challenge to Slamovich during the post-match, but Robert Stone interrupted, stating that Lee would have to earn a title shot this Thursday on Impact.
Arianna Grace was defeated by Tessa Blanchard, but later in the show, a father-daughter alliance was formed. They shot an angle to set up Santino Marella teaming with Grace against Tessa Blanchard and Robert Stone on Impact.
