Stephanie Vaquer has won the battle royal at WWE Evolution.
She now has a guaranteed world title opportunity at WWE Clash in Paris.
Nikki Bella was first out for the match with a full entrance, followed by Chelsea Green and the Secret Hervice. Piper Niven and Alba Fyre were also entrants in the match.
Natalya then took to the ring, followed by Maxxine Dupri, Jaida Parker, Lash Legend, Lola Vice, Zelina Vega, Kelani Jordan, Tatum Paxley, Izzi Dame, B-Fab, Michin, and Ivy Nile.
Back to the bigger entrances, and out came Candice LeRae, Nia Jax, Stephanie Vaquer, and Women’s US Champion Giulia.
The bell rang, and Tatum Paxley and Izzi Dame were eliminated immediately by Nia Jax.
Kelani Jordan was thrown out, but landed on Paxley and Dame and then the announce desk without hitting the floor. Channeling Kofi Kingston, she walked on her hands to the ring and back in.
Giulia then eliminated Ivy Nile. Next out was Natalya at the hands of Jaida Parker.
Candice LeRae was next out, followed by Jaida Parker, and Kelani Jordan. Giulia was sent out by Zelina Vega. B-Fab and Michin were next out.
Next to be eliminated were Zelina Vega, Alba Fyre, Lola Vice, Piper Niven, and Chelsea Green.
This left a final four of Nia Jax, Nikki Bella, Lash Legend and Stephanie Vaquer.
Legend then eliminated Nikki Bella, seemingly by mistake.
Lash Legend’s strength was highlighted as she took on Nia Jax, who was eliminated by the combined efforts of Legend and Vaquer.
Vaquer won after getting Legend over the rope, delivering the Devil’s Kiss on the apron, and dumping Lash to the floor.
Stephanie McMahon took to the ring to interview the winner, who said wrestling was her first language.
This was a well-booked battle royal, and felt like a genuinely big moment for Vaquer.
