A contract signing involving John Cena and Cody Rhodes highlights Friday Night SmackDown, along with several segments added.
Tonight’s show from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio includes a contract signing for the rematch involving Cena and Rhodes at SummerSlam in two weeks.
Cena is advertised to appear on SmackDown again on August 1 in Newark, going into the PLE weekend.
SmackDown will also feature a #1 contender fatal-four-way match involving DIY, Fraxiom, The Motor City Machine Guns, and Andrade & Rey Fenix to determine opponents for The Wyatt Sicks.
Charlotte Flair will face Raquel Rodriguez, Stephanie Vaquer will take on Alba Fyre, and former U.S. champion Jacob Fatu is advertised to appear following his return at Saturday Night’s Main Event last weekend.
