A quartet of AEW wrestlers will compete for a championship opportunity at the upcoming Forbidden Door pay-per-view.
The winner of a four-way match between Hechicero, Nigel McGuinness, Lee Moriarty, and Daniel Garcia will earn a shot at Zack Sabre Jr.’s IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
While the graphic specified AEW Collision, Tony Schiavone said the match would take place on Dynamite.
Later in the broadcast, Nigel McGuinness confirmed the match was set for the upcoming Collision taping at the Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The title match will take place at the AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door event on Sunday, August 24, at The O2 Arena in London, England.
Zack Sabre Jr. is in his second reign as the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, having recaptured the title from Hirooki Goto on June 29 at NJPW Tanahashi Jam in Aichi.
