G1 Climax 35 Contest: Final Contest Results

After 90 block matches and the playoff round, the G1 Climax for 2025 is in the books. Thanks to all 192 people who participated in the contest and thanks to all of the POST Wrestling podcast hosts for dutifully recapping the contest results. The full results for night 16 are at the end of this post.

Overall Contest Winners

James from SoCal was in the top mix from the very start. He held the top spot in a tie with JamesTD after night 11 but took a two-point lead after night 13 and held on to it for the last few nights of the G1. JC_Kazama and Ray T both finished with the impressive score of 56. Both correctly predicted that Zack Sabre Jr. would win the B Block so we had to go to secondary tie-breakers. JC_Kazama narrowly took second place by having three days with 5 perfect predictions compared to Ray T‘s one. Congratulations to all three podium finishers for doing so well in a very close contest.

POST Wrestling Family Block

Wai Ting tied The Empress on night 5 for first place in the POST Wrestling Family Block and traded the #1 spot with her a time or two and had Brad The Archivist and others giving good chase but after night 11 Wai stayed comfortably in the lead and did not let up. WH, in a surprising opposite performance from his stated desire to finish last, put up some big numbers and came in second with Bruiser Brady finishing only a point behind.
