50-Day Trick Contract
Trick Williams starts the show and insults Baltimore and states they will never be as good as the Philadelphia Eagles. He bragged about beating Moose in his hometown of Baltimore like he did to Mike Santana at Slammiversary.
Williams is wearing the championship upside down and takes credit for their TV deals and carrying two brands.
Mike Santana arrives and addresses Williams from the audience, and said he had the assistance of Joe Hendry and Santana to set TNA’s gate record at the UBS Arena, nor did Williams beat Santana in the three-way match. Santana promises to win the TNA Heavyweight Championship.

Williams denies him another chance at his title, prompting Santino Marella to walk out. Marella was about to grant Santana a title match tonight, but was informed by Williams that he has a clause in his contract and doesn’t have to defend his title for another fifty days, so you can see where this is headed. Bound for Glory is in 52 days.
Trust The Order
Gia Miller is backstage with Order Four and is facing The System & Matt Cardona in the main event tonight.
Ali compares The System pushing and provoking him to Tessa Blanchard’s treatment of Miller, and causing her to snap at Slammiversary. Ali doesn’t trust The System, and they all trust in one man, Ali.
Backstage, Santino Marella found Williams with AJ Francis, and the two will face Mike Santana and a partner on next week’s episode.
Knockouts Gauntlet Match
The winner receives a shot at the Knockouts Championship, held by Jacy Jayne.
Xia Brookside vs. Killer Kelly
Brookside went from a wheelbarrow into a stunner. Kelly blocked a sunset bomb but followed with the Brooksie Bomb, sending Kelly off the turnbuckle and capturing the wrists for the cover.
Xia Brookside vs. Dani Luna
Tom Hannifan explained that the two have known each other since they were teenagers in the U.K.
Brookside hit a tilt-a-whirl head scissors, missed the double knees, and Luna landed a running boot and the Luna Landing to eliminate Brookside.
Dani Luna vs. Rosemary
Rosemary landed a spear, and Luna rolled to the floor. Rosemary bit the hand and was warned by the referee.
Rosemary gouged the eyes to prevent the Luna Landing. Luna prevented a double underhook suplex and, on the second try, hit the Luna Landing and pinned Rosemary.
Dani Luna vs. Indi Hartwell
Hartwell is working on Luna’s back and connected with a spine buster to Luna. Hartwell’s Hurt’s Donut was countered into a roll-up, but Hartwell reversed and caught her with the 1-2-3.
Luna attacked Hartwell after the loss and laid her out with a running boot and repeated strikes on top.
.@DaniLuna_pro has absolutely LOST IT and @indi_hartwell and @JodyThreat were in her path of destruction!

Indi Hartwell vs. Jody Threat
Luna’s former Spitfire partner is confused and confronts Luna over her attack on Hartwell. Luna defended, stating she did it for Threat and sent her to win the match.
Luna returned with a chair, and Threat stopped her from using it, but Luna attacked Threat, reclaimed the chair, and went after Hartwell. The bell was rung, and Threat won by disqualification and won the gauntlet without doing anything.
Winner: Jody Threat by disqualification
Luna came off strong in the segment, and the audience was intrigued because it was a turn and she looked impressive, laying out a security member with a massive lariat.
The IInspiration are backstage and blamed The Elegance Brand for costing them the Knockouts tag titles at Emergence. Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx walked in and bragged about NXT being the superior brand, and therefore, the superior team. So, challenges were issued for a future match.
Jody Threat told Marella she cannot accept a Knockouts title shot under those circumstances, and perhaps he should grant the title shot to Indi Hartwell. Dani Luna entered and said she did that for Threat and “isn’t getting what I deserve”.
Ryan Nemeth walked out to announce that his brother, Nic, would return in two weeks.
Frankie Kazarian vs. Jake Something
Something hit a powerslam for a two-count and was caught by a backstabber and a sliding lariat by Kazarian. After a springboard leg drop, Something kicked out at one, dropped Kazarian with a punch, and attempted Into the Void, but Kazarian countered with a Chicken Wing attempt.
Something used a sit-out powerbomb for a near-fall. Kazarian ripped off one of the turnbuckle pads, and Something ran into the exposed buckle and fell to Fade to Black.
Winner: Frankie Kazarian
Mara Sadè is backstage working on a painting when The Hardys walk in, and she explained that she was inspired by them and is an artist. Jeff notes, “I’m an artist too” (what a small world), and they leave to go check out Jeff’s artwork, which he has lugged to Baltimore for some reason.
Leon Slater meets with Cedric Alexander, and they reflect on their match at Emergence. Slater wants to have matches that “live forever,” and Alexander got them a tag match against The Hardys next week. Slater is taken aback since they’re his mentors, but he is going along with it.
Steve Maclin volunteers to team with Mike Santana next week against Trick Williams and AJ Francis.
Temu Britney and Emo Katy
Jacy Jayne walks out with the TNA Knockouts and NXT Women’s Championships and says no one in the back has reached her level of success and could never hold two titles at once. She was never thanked for showcasing the Knockouts title on NXT programming, and the TNA women don’t support her. She promoted the three-way at Heatwave, where the odds are stacked against her with Masha Slamovich and Ash by Elegance, but they’ll return to TNA empty-handed.
The Personal Concierge and Ash by Elegance interrupt her, with Ash referring to her as an “attention whore” and they should all be talking about her and what she’s accomplished, and listing off her resume. Then, she insulted “Masha Slama-bitch” and prompted her to come to the ring to address “Temu Britney Spears” and “Emo Katy Perry” and bring the Knockouts belt back to TNA this Sunday.
Tasha Steelz, John Skyler & Jason Hotch are in front of Mara Sadè and make fun of how bad it looks. Sadè and The Hardys return from Jeff’s Baltimore installation. Mara Sadè explained how artists leave their emotion on the canvas and is going to Marella to make a match with Steelz. Matt called Steelz “a bitch” and they censored it just seconds after Ash used the same insult.
.@RealTSteelz, @TheJasonHotch, and @TheJohnSkyler were trashing @itsmarasade’s painting for the Hardys—now @RealTSteelz will have to pay for it NEXT WEEK on #TNAiMPACT when she goes head-to-head with @itsmarasade!

A Cleanse?
Eric Young walked up to Myron Reed and removed his headphones (uh oh) and warned Reed he’s the third man in The Rascalz and will be replaced once Trey Miguel, but can control what side he lands on, “a cleanse is coming,” and Reed was confused, so was I.
Moose, Brian Myers & Matt Cardona vs. Mustafa Ali, John Skyler & Jason Hotch
Moose took Hotch and powerbombed him onto Skyler and Ali on the floor for a big reaction.
Order Four got the advantage on Cardona with Tasha Steelz striking him from the floor. Cardona drove Skyler’s face into the canvas and made the tag to Moose.
Moose made a big comeback, shook the ropes, and hit Got to Hell on Ali for a two-count.
Hotch took Cardona’s double knees, a Sky High by Moose, and an elbow off the top by Myers, but the Order Four members tackled Moose & Cardona to break up the cover.
Ali landed a tope suicida to Cardona but was caught with a boot by Moose on the floor. Steelz blocked Ali from taking a spear and Hotch & Skyler hit a double superkick and sent Moose into the steps.
Steelz sent Alisha into the steps, causing Eddie Edwards to run out and be stopped by Agent Zero.
Ali snuck up behind Myers and hit a low blow, leading to The Favor by Hotch & Skyler and Skyler pinning Myers.
Winners: Order Four
Ali got a chair and attacked Cardona as the secret service agents grabbed Moose, and Ali was about to strike when JDC ran down. He flipped onto all the agents and got hold of the chair.
Agent Zero stopped JDC, choke slammed him on the chair, and Order Four stood tall as Moose was held back and forced to watch.

Final Thoughts
The majority of the wrestling was dedicated to the Knockout’s Gauntlet, but the match were too rushed for anything substantive, but the purpose was executing Dani Luna’s turn and getting her into a top heel position in the division. Luna is a very good talent, and she pulled off her parts very effectively in the match.
This was as much a show dedicated to promoting Heatwave as anything TNA-related in the future. Bound for Glory is way too far away, although they are continuing to promote The Hardys and The Dudley Boyz this far out for the October 12 event. Jayne, Ash, and Slamovich had the type of segment you would expect on a WWE show, with insults flying left and right, and each trying to produce the wittiest insult. Jayne does have a lot of confidence with this push and has emerged as someone who can be put in these segments and cut effective promos.
The other noteworthy angle was Order Four’s post-match beatdown of The System and Matt Cardona, and continuing to make Agent Zero the “muscle” of the group and priming him for matches shortly. It was a fine beatdown, but I wouldn’t classify anything on the show as “must see,” and the strongest program they have is Trick Williams and Mike Santana, which was limited to the opening minutes of the show.
