Nick Hogan sues Bubba the Love Sponge over unreleased documentary

Nick Hogan has filed a lawsuit against Todd Clem a.k.a. “Bubba the Love Sponge” to block a forthcoming documentary about his late father.

TMZ reports that Nick has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Florida to block Clem’s unreleased doc, “Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal”.

Nick states in the suit that the doc will contain unauthorized images of his father from the sex tape involving Heather Clem and using trademarks of Hulk Hogan without permission for promotional purposes.

There was also a settlement agreement between Hulk and Bubba in 2012, which Nick states would be violated with the release of the doc.

Recently, Brooke Hogan appeared on Bubba’s radio show and absolved him of being the one who leaked the sex tape of her father with Heather Clem over a decade ago. The tape was recorded by Bubba without Hulk’s knowledge and led to the end of their friendship and Hogan suing the Gawker site.

Nick is seeking unspecified damages, and Clem has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
