OZAWA sustained an injury on the opening night of the N-1 Victory tournament and will forfeit the rest of his matches.

Pro Wrestling NOAH issued a release on Tuesday confirming that OZAWA suffered a left foot injury against Naomichi Marufuji after executing a top rope Asai moonsault to the floor.

The promotion stated that the wrestler has been diagnosed with a Lisfranc ligament injury and will be “absent for an extended period.”

They added that OZAWA will forfeit the remainder of his matches in the B Block.

The N-1 Victory tournament resumes on Thursday and runs until September 23 with the final at Korakuen Hall.
