Andrade has been moved to the ‘Alumni’ section of the WWE website.
That page is normally the home of former talent, and the shift indicates that he may have parted ways with the company.
Meanwhile, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful has stated that “Andrade is gone” from WWE. He credited X/Twitter account @WrestleMobs for noticing the change on the company’s website and bringing it to Sapp’s attention.
The 35-year-old returned to WWE in January 2024, making a surprise entrance in the men’s Royal Rumble match.
He was most recently paired with Rey Fenix as a tag team on the SmackDown roster. He last wrestled at SummerSlam on August 3 with Fenix in a six-way TLC match for the WWE Tag Team Championships.
His return to WWE followed a two-and-a-half-year spell with All Elite Wrestling, which he joined in June 2021. His final appearance for that promotion was a loss to Miro at the Worlds End pay-per-view on December 30, 2023.
Andrade’s first run with WWE began in 2015, where he performed in NXT as Andrade “Cien” Almas. During his time on the developmental brand, he captured the NXT Championship. Upon moving to the main roster, he later held the United States Championship before he requested and was granted his release in March 2021.
Neither Andrade nor WWE has commented publicly on the situation. As of publication, POST Wrestling has not yet independently confirmed the departure or the circumstances that led to it.
