AEW’s final broadcast before All Out is shaping up to be a busy lineup.
September to Remember, a three-hour TV special set to air on TBS and HBO Max this Wednesday night, has eight matchups booked for it in total, following a series of announcements made on Saturday evening.
The biggest of all announcements was the reveal that three tag bouts will go down Wednesday night at the Canada Life Place in London, Ontario, Canada, with each winning duo being added to a four-way ladder match for the AEW Tag Team Championships at All Out.
While we know that the incumbent champs, Bandido and Brody King, will be competing, the three other teams will be determined through qualifier matches on Wednesday.
Top Flight will meet the Don Callis Family team of Hechicero and Josh Alexander. JetSpeed, Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight, will take on Kip Sabian and Killswitch. And the Bang Bang Gang’s Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn will meet The Young Bucks.
Numerous singles matches have also recently been added to Wednesday, many providing a quick preview of the action set for next weekend’s pay-per-view.
Just days before she challenges for the AEW Women’s World Championship in a four-way bout, Thekla will take on rival Queen Aminata.
Bobby Lashley, one-third of the Hurt Syndicate, will meet Gates of Agony member Toa Liona in singles action. Liona will team with Bishop Kaun and Ricochet against the Syndicate at All Out.
In her first singles appearance since returning and final match before she challenges TBS Champion Mercedes Moné at All Out, Riho will meet Robyn Renegade. The bout will also be a return for Renegade, who last made an AEW TV appearance in March.
Roderick Strong will also try for revenge against Jon Moxley when they face off in a singles bout. Strong, alongside Paragon partner Kyle O’Reilly, fell to Moxley and Daniel Garcia on the latest episode of Collision. Moxley is booked to face Darby Allin in a Coffin Match at All Out.
It was previously announced that The Beast Mortos and Mascara Dorada will meet in a AEW Unified Championship Qualifier match in just a few days. The winner will compete in a three-way for the Unified title alongside Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita at All Out.
