The UFC will close out its pay-per-view calendar with two championship fights in December.

The promotion revealed a slew of fights for the UFC 323 card on December 6 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Fresh off his third title defense this year, bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili will go for his fourth of the year when he defends the belt against Petr Yan in a rematch.

The two met in March 2023, where Dvalishvili dominated Yan over five rounds and attempted 49 takedowns during the twenty-five-minute contest. Since that fight, Yan has won his last three fights to earn the rematch.

The UFC 323 card will also feature flyweight champion Alexandre Pantoja (30-5) defending his 125-pound title against Joshua Van. Pantoja won the belt in July 2023 and will attempt to make his fifth defense. Van (15-2) has won his last five fights, and this will be his fourth of 2025 and coming off a decision win against Brandon Royval at UFC 317 in June.

The UFC has also announced a light heavyweight fight involving Jan Blachowicz (29-11-1) taking on Bogdan Guskov (18-3), and former two-division champion Henry Cejudo (16-5) will meet Payton Talbott (10-1).

UFC 323 will be the final pay-per-view available in the United States before all of its events move to Paramount+ in 2026.
