NJPW wrestler and frequent AEW talent Tomohiro Ishii will have to hit pause on his busy 2025.

The Conglomeration member is currently out of action due to a dislocated right shoulder, per an announcement from NJPW. The promotion made note that the injury took place during Ishii’s most recent AEW Collision appearance, working a 15-minute match against PAC late last month.

The timetable for Ishii’s return is unclear at the moment.

The 49-year-0ld “Stone Pitbull” has switched between stints in both the U.S. and Japan this year. While he remains most frequently a talent to NJPW, where he has appeared over 50 times this year, he has also wrestled over 20 more matches between AEW and ROH.
