New information has been released regarding TNA’s Bound for Glory event last month.

The October 12 pay-per-view at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts, resulted in TNA announcing its North American attendance record of 7,794.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics obtained records from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which owns the arena and the venue’s operator, Oak View Group.

The records show that 5,554 tickets were sold and had a turnstile count of 6,137.

The capacity listed was 7,241, but grew to 7,484 with the addition of 243 premium seats.

When contacted by Wrestlenomics, TNA public relations representative Ross Forman said the report from the venue “doesn’t show the full picture” and “Beyond our ticketed attendees, we also had many seats and standing room only occupied by TNA credentialed guests, media, staff, VIPs, and other groups that brought the total attendance to 7,794.”

The show produced a gate of $390,348 and would be among the largest in the promotion’s history.
