FTR defeated Brodido at Full Gear to win the AEW World Tag Team Championships for a third time.

Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler overcame the duo of Brody King and Bandido in a match that saw significant interference from Stokely Hathaway.

Hathaway, accompanying FTR, involved himself early, eventually sacrificing himself by pushing Harwood out of the way of a dive by King, absorbing the impact himself.

King utilized his size advantage throughout the match, at one point using Wheeler as a weapon to execute a Death Valley Driver onto Harwood. However, FTR regained control through double-team tactics and illegal strikes.

During a chaotic sequence on the floor, Wheeler struck Bandido with one of the championship belts while the referee was distracted, though Bandido managed to kick out of the subsequent pin attempt.

The match concluded after FTR executed a spike piledriver on King upon the ring apron, removing him from the equation.

Inside the ring, Bandido survived an initial assisted piledriver but was ultimately defeated after Harwood and Wheeler connected with the Shatter Machine. Harwood pinned Bandido to secure the titles.
