Daniel Garcia vs. Matt Menard added to Thanksgiving edition of AEW Collision

AEW has added a singles contest and several speaking segments to tonight’s Thanksgiving broadcast of Collision.

The show airs on Thursday night on TNT following its taping on Wednesday at the Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee.

AEW announced that Daniel Garcia will face Matt Menard on the program. The pairing follows a storyline fracture between the two after Garcia joined the Death Riders stable.

The promotion wrote on X:

Garcia moved on from Daddy Magic’s friendship to join The Death Riders. After months of verbal and physical confrontations, they finally meet 1-on-1, TONIGHT!

It will be Menard’s first singles match on AEW programming since a loss to Hechicero in June 2024Both competitors were entrants in the Casino Gauntlet match at Full Gear last Saturday.

The promotion also confirmed that viewers will hear from new champions crowned at the pay-per-view. TNT Champion Mark Briscoe and AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR are scheduled to speak.
