Fanatics has reportedly pitched WWE studio-based programming to Netflix as the streaming service moves to aggressively expand its slate of video podcast offerings.

According to a report by Front Office Sports, Fanatics has engaged in discussions with Netflix regarding new content concepts. While specific details on the pitched shows were not disclosed, sources told the outlet that Fanatics and WWE plan to expand their partnership and have “recently vetted talent for new programming.”

Fanatics currently oversees WWE’s e-commerce and collectibles operations. The two companies collaborate on podcasts featuring talent such as The Undertaker, Stephanie McMahon, Logan Paul and Cody Rhodes.

The video versions of those shows are currently hosted on YouTube.

The news regarding WWE comes amidst a significant spending push by Netflix to acquire exclusive video rights to major podcasts. On Wednesday, it was announced that Barstool Sports had secured a multi-year agreement with the streamer.

The deal, reported to be worth eight figures annually, will see video versions of Pardon My TakeSpittin’ Chiclets, and The Ryen Russillo Show move exclusively to Netflix beginning in 2026. Audio versions of the shows will remain available on other platforms.

This follows a similar arrangement with iHeartMedia announced earlier in the week, which includes video distribution for The Breakfast Club and My Favorite Murder.

Netflix currently holds the domestic and international rights to WWE Raw, which began airing on the platform in January 2025.
