New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced the tournament schedule for the 2026 New Japan Cup, which begins on March 4, 2026.
The annual spring tournament will conclude with a final event at Aore Nagaoka on March 21, 2026.
The series features 11 events across Japan throughout the month of March. Two consecutive nights at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo will open the tournament, followed by stops in Hyogo, Okayama, and Osaka.
The New Japan Cup serves as a single-elimination tournament that establishes the top contender for the spring season.
Since its inception in 2005, the winner has traditionally received a challenge for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.

NJPW has not revealed the tournament participants or the official brackets in this announcement. The promotion typically confirms the field of competitors following the New Year Dash event on January 5.
