Giulia has gold once again.

Avenging a 2025 loss against Chelsea Green, Giulia kicked off her second reign with the WWE Women’s United States Championship on Friday night’s episode of Smackdown from Buffalo, New York.

A top-rope butterfly suplex followed by a Northern Lights Bomb put away Green in seven minutes, causing the belt to change hands in Friday’s co-main event. Earlier moments in the match included ringside distractions from Giulia ally Kiana James and Green sidekick Alba Fyre.

Giulia held the U.S. title for 133 days in 2025, a run which came to an end after a stunning 95-second loss to Green in November. After winning a tag match against Green last month, Giulia lined herself up for a rematch on this weekend’s show.
