AEW is sending over a group of stand-out performers to appear as part of CMLL’s “International Weekend” tour later this month.

Ricochet, Bandido, the Gates of Agony and Lee Moriarty will be making the trip down to Mexico next week as part of a trio of events presented by CMLL. Their appearances were confirmed during the latest CMLL Informa on Wednesday night.

The special “International Weekend” from CMLL will include three shows in Mexico City from January 16 to 18: A Friday night show in Arena Mexico, a Saturday night card in Arena Coliseo, and a return on Sunday to Arena Mexico.

While the specific date for each announced matchup hasn’t been confirmed, CMLL revealed a series of bouts set to take place as part of the weekend.

ROH Pure Champion Moriarty will try to extend his reign with a win over Xelhua. Ricochet’s inaugural reign as AEW National Champion will continue with a match against Titan. And, meeting in singles action for the first time in years, Bandido will go head-to-head with Templario.

Ricochet is also expected to be in action alongside The Gates of Agony, who, as a three-man unit, are The Demand.

  • Lee Moriarty vs. Xelhua (ROH Pure Championship)
  • The Demand in action
  • Ricochet vs. Titan (AEW National Championship)
  • Bandido vs. Templario
