The full lineup has been revealed for NJPW’s February 11 New Beginning in Osaka card.
Taking place at EDION Arena Osaka in Osaka, Japan, the upcoming show will be eight matchups in total. Along with a previously announced trio of title bouts, as well as a #1 contenders matchup for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship, four other pairings have been confirmed for the card.
NJPW revealed this week that the newly-crowned NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Champions will defend their titles for the first time at the upcoming card. The Bishamon duo of YOSHI-HASHI and Hirooki Goto alongside Boltin Oleg will take on the TMDK trio of Zack Sabre Jr., Hartley Jackson & Ryohei Oiwa.
The bout is a rematch from earlier this week, when TMDK had their trios run brought to a halt after just 15 days.
Also new to the lineup is a grudge match between faction leaders David Finlay and Callum Newman. The bout will be their third-ever singles meeting, with their head-to-head record currently tied at one match apiece.
Here’s an updated look at NJPW’s next big card:
