Hangman Page is the number one contender for the AEW World Championship.

Page defeated Andrade El Idolo at AEW Grand Slam Australia to earn the title shot at AEW Revolution next month.

Highlights from the match included Page catching his opponent during a springboard tornillo to the floor and sending Andrade into the barricade with a fallaway slam.

Page absorbed the spinning elbow but came back with a Deadeye as both were down. This prompted Don Callis to leave the broadcast desk and distract Aubrey Edwards on the apron. When Andrade tried to hit Page low, he was caught, and Page connected with a low blow and hit the Buckshot lariat to win.

Page will challenge for the AEW World Championship at Revolution at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 15.
