Sarah Rowe officially confirmed she is finished with the pro wrestling industry.

The former WWE wrestler, who also went by Sarah Logan and Valhalla, confirmed on a recent appearance on the Wise Traditions podcast her transition from a wrestler to homesteader and mother. She admitted she thought of the transition after her release in 2020.

Very carefully. No, actually, I just dove right in, not carefully at all. So, when COVID happened, they let go of like 150 wrestlers. I was one of those wrestlers at the time that got let go. So, my husband was still hired. I got let go. So, we were like, let’s have a baby. I always wanted to grow my own food. I come from a family of farmers that used to like rent land to farm on, but they were very much like traditional agriculture farming, like corn fed, red Angus, all the stuff. And so, I knew I wanted to get back to that, but I wanted to do it differently because I know what I know.

Rowe returned to WWE in 2022, where she later became Valhalla and was part of The Viking Raiders alongside her husband, Raymond Rowe. Sarah Rowe discussed her conflicting feelings about wanting to be a wrestler and wanting a life as a homesteader and farmer. After WWE declined to extend her contract last year, she eventually came to terms with her decision to move on from pro wrestling.

Obviously, I left wrestling to solely focus on those things, and I really just try to cultivate an environment where everything that lives on my farm is nourished and taken care of from life to death.

Rowe had been on paternity leave after the birth of her second child in 2024 before her WWE departure.
