Santana & Slater vs. The Nemeths
TNA Thursday Night Impact kicked off with Mike Santana teaming with Leon Slater to take on Nic and Ryan Nemeth, with Frankie Kazarian on commentary. Santana and Slater controlled the early portion of the match as the show went to ad break. Upon return, the Nemeths had taken over, and things built to a hot tag to Leon Slater. Slater showed off his high-flying maneuvers but was caught by Nic’s Fameasser for a near-fall.

Eric Young ran down and distracted Leon Slater, but Santana backed him back toward the stage. Slater went for a 450 Splash off the top rope, but Nic got his knees up and made the pinfall victory.

Dani Luna vs. Lei Ying Lee
The next match saw the returning Dani Luna taking on Lei Ying Lee. It was noted that Lei Ying Lee still has a contractual rematch for the Knockouts World Title at some point. Early in the match, Luna took control as she whipped Lee upwards into the top rope. Luna grabbed her steel chain and wrapped it around the turnbuckle, but Lee stopped her from throwing her into it. The two exchanged offense until Lee was thrust into the second turnbuckle (which had no chain) while the announcers tried to explain that she hit them, which she did not. Luna finished her off with the Luna Landing for the win.

Backstage, Alisha Edwards met with Tommy Dreamer and Carlos Silva and said she would be declining her TNA contract. Moose entered and said it was a bad idea, that he would take care of The System, and that he wanted Alisha to be his manager. This convinced her, and she signed the contract. This was atrociously bad.
With a little help from @TheMooseNation, @MrsAIPAlisha has officially re-signed with TNA Wrestling!@carlossilva @THETOMMYDREAMER

AJ Francis vs. Mance Warner
Next up was Mance Warner, with Steph DeLander taking on AJ Francis. Francis attempted to jump Warner before the bell, but Warner was quick to gain control. Warner hit Francis with a Bionic Elbow and a poke to the eye and a BFT, but Francis responded with a TFL for a two count. Francis grabbed a chair, but De Lander stopped him, sending the chair into Warner’s hands. Warner hit Francis with the chair and was disqualified. Warner continued hitting Francis with the chair until he spilled out of the ring. The announcers speculated the two men weren’t finished with each other.

Mickie James & Ash
Mickie James cut an in-ring promo calling out Ash by Elegance. Ash called James an “irrelevant legend.” James brought up a time when Ash was released, and Mickie called Tommy Dreamer to give her a chance. Ash claimed that she was already being scouted, and she was the hottest free agent at the time. James called Ash a “mark” for having Twitter beef with former TNA Champions. Mickie continued, saying that Ash turned her back on the fans who believed in her. Things almost came to blows when video was shown of the Elegance Brand approaching Mickie’s son backstage. As Mickie ran to the back, the Elegance Brand jumped her and beat her down. Ash finished her off with the Mick-DT on the stage.

Tasha Steelz vs. Jada Stone
The next match was Jada Stone taking on Tasha Steelz, who jumped Stone before the bell rang. Steelz attempted a Tope to the outside but accidentally took out Order 4. After that, Stone hit a moonsault onto all three on the outside. Steelz hit Stone with a big spear, and Stone fought from underneath for the following few minutes. Steelz went for a Cutter, but Stone blocked it and rolled up Steelz for the win. Order 4 threw Stone back into the ring after the match, and Steelz beat her down.

Just Friends, Talking
Former TNA employee Steve Maclin was interviewed in the ring by Tom Hannifan. Maclin was out with no theme music and four security guards trailing behind him. Hannifan asked Maclin to explain his actions in attacking Mike Santana a few weeks back. Maclin fought through booing, explaining that it all stemmed from his being fired. Maclin pointed out that Santana didn’t show up for their tag match after Turning Point and called him selfish. He continued, noting that he had “alcohol problems in WWE” and survivor’s guilt as the crowd chanted “wrap it up”.

Maclin claimed that he got Hannifan his job at TNA, and Hannifan agreed. He then suggested that he would have rather had this conversation over a beer somewhere, which is a strange comment coming off of Maclin saying he had alcohol problems mere seconds before. Hannifan said Maclin should hold himself accountable, and Maclin punched him in the stomach. This brought out Santana to chase Maclin off. Maclin shoved Matthew Rehwoldt to the ground before leaving through the crowd. Gia Miller filled in for Hannifan for the rest of the show.
.@SteveMaclin just put hands on @TomHannifan and @DramaKingMatt! @Santana_Proud

Upon return, Vincent made a hot tag to Matt Hardy, who fought off three out of four members of The System. Things broke down from there with all eight men brawling in and around the ring. Vincent then sacrificed himself, pushing Matt Hardy out of the way and taking the Boston Knee Party and the pinfall loss. The System started beating down the Hardys and Righteous after the match, but Moose came down to help and was ultimately beaten down. Alisha Edwards ran down and screamed at them to stop, and the show ended with them backing down.
