Former AJPW Triple Crown Champion Yuma Aoyagi has booked his return.

Coming back after serving a three-month suspension, Aoyagi is finally set to make his return later this month as part of an AJPW Korakuen Hall show on March 15.

AJPW announced in November 2025 that Aoyagi was given a lengthy suspension and a 50 percent pay cut after getting involved in a car accident. Details from the incident included Aoyagi missing a red light and colliding with another car, which caused the other driver to be examined for a possible leg injury. It was also noted that Aoyagi had an expired driver’s license at the time.

The suspension forced 30-year-old Aoyagi to be pulled from the company’s Real World Tag League, which had only kicked off just a few days beforehand. The remaining matches Aoyagi had on the tour alongside Yuma Anzai were forfeited.

More than three months removed from that announcement, the company has revealed that Aoyagi will finally make his return to the ring in a little over a week’s time as part of the Dream Power Series.

Aoyagi’s first match back will be a singles bout against Hideki Suzuki, the company confirmed.
