Josh Alexander to undergo knee surgery following injury on AEW Collision

Josh Alexander received unfortunate news that he will be out indefinitely as he will require surgery for his knee injury.

The AEW performer shared a video message on Friday after receiving the word from his surgeon that he will need surgery next Wednesday after an injury sustained last week in Fresno, California.

Alexander was teaming with Konosuke Takeshita and El Clon against Mistico, Speedball Mike Bailey & Kevin Knight at the Collision taping, which aired last Saturday. Alexander got his knees up to block Bailey’s standing moonsault into the double knees and instantly appeared in pain and crawled to his corner to tag out. He disappeared throughout the rest of the match, and the injury was not acknowledged on the program.
