John Cena will be part of WrestleMania 42 with the retired star announcing his role.

On Monday, Cena posted a video stating that WrestleMania needed a host and would see everyone in Las Vegas at WrestleMania. It will mark Cena’s first WWE appearance since his retirement last December in Washington, D.C., on Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Cena is currently filming the Netflix film ‘One Attempt Remaining’ with Jennifer Garner, Kate McKinnon, and Aimee Carrero.

Since joining the WWE main roster in 2002, Cena has only missed WrestleMania 37 in 2001 due to filming in Vancouver during the pandemic, which would have forced him to quarantine if he left Canada.
