Pat McAfee confirmed he will appear on WWE SmackDown in San Jose this week.

The host of “The Pat McAfee Show” told his viewers on Wednesday that there will be no shows on Thursday and Friday because he will be traveling for SmackDown.

“Friday night, live from San Jose. I think I got some things to say. I think we will have a good time there on SmackDown,” McAfee said.

McAfee was revealed last week as the mystery person Randy Orton was on the phone with, and he assisted the 2026 Royal Rumble winner in attacking Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes.

The angle drew much scrutiny from fans, but the episode received a high television rating.

WWE has not officially announced a segment with McAfee, Orton, or Rhodes for this Friday’s SmackDown at SAP Center.
