Mistico and JetSpeed vs. The Dogs

The Dogs attacked the champions before the bell to kick off the title match. All six men brawled in and out of the ring without utilizing traditional tags. Mistico executed a pescado on David Finlay onto the floor.

The champions later attempted stereo dives, but The Dogs intercepted them at ringside. Mike Bailey mounted a comeback, culminating in Mistico applying La Mistica to Clark Connors. Gabe Kidd broke the submission and eventually hit a piledriver on Bailey. Finlay then held Bailey in a delayed suplex position, allowing Connors to hit a spear to win the championships.

Calling in a favor

Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong interrupted the post-match celebration via the video screen. Strong issued a challenge to The Dogs for a title match at Dynasty. Cassidy admitted he forgot to ask their third partner to join them before walking away to make a phone call.

Empire state of mind

Will Ospreay and the United Empire delivered a backstage promo regarding the Death Riders. Ospreay hyped his faction members and praised Callum Newman as the youngest IWGP Heavyweight Champion. Newman promised that the group would back Ospreay up at Dynasty.

Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida vs. Ava Lawless and Gigi Ray

Hikaru Shida aggressively attacked Ava Lawless to begin the match. Kris Statlander blind-tagged herself in shortly after. Statlander executed Saturday Night Fever on Gigi Ray to secure the quick pinfall. Shida appeared annoyed by the blind tag but eventually smiled and hugged her partner.

A World of opportunity

AEW aired a video package highlighting the newly formed team of Hyan and Maya World. The duo set their sights on the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championship.

Surviving the chaos

Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia addressed the United Empire in a backstage segment. Moxley noted that he thrives in chaotic environments. He warned Ospreay that surviving twenty minutes against him with a compromised neck would be nearly impossible.

Rush vs. Anthony Bowens

Rush and Anthony Bowens traded hard strikes in the opening moments. Bowens sent the former ROH World Champion crashing into the ringside barricade.

Rush shifted the momentum with a belly-to-belly suplex into the corner. He followed up with The Horns dropkick to earn the victory. The win secured Rush the number two entry spot in Sunday’s Casino Gauntlet match.

Birds of a feather fight together

The Brawling Birds cut a fiery promo ahead of their main event match. Alex Windsor vowed to put Marina Shafir in the hospital next to Moxley. Jamie Hayter added that the world title meant everything to her.

The Hurt Syndicate vs. Andy Anderson and Mo Jabari

Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin competed in their first tag team match since returning to AEW. The Hurt Syndicate completely dominated the local competitors. Lashley leveled Andy Anderson with a spear, and Benjamin picked up the pinfall.

Pouring over their problems

Harley Cameron and Mina Shirakawa shared a drink on a backstage couch. The two women commiserated over their recent loneliness, referencing Statlander’s rejection and Toni Storm’s absence.

The Young Bucks vs. El Clon and Hechicero

The Young Bucks faced El Clon and Hechicero in a fast-paced tag team contest. Matt Jackson executed a flipping stunner off the apron onto Clon.

The luchadores later performed a synchronized Matrix evasion to dodge stereo superkicks. They linked the Bucks’ arms and flipped them into stereo jackknife pins for a near fall. Nick Jackson eventually superkicked Hechicero on the apron. The Bucks then hit the Meltzer Driver on Clon for the win.

Breaking down the walls again

The broadcast featured a video package detailing Chris Jericho’s recent return to the company. The segment hyped his scheduled match against Ricochet at the pay-per-view.

Kazuchika Okada vs. Myron Reed

Kazuchika Okada defended the AEW International Championship against Myron Reed. Reed hit an impressive running cutter from the apron to the floor.

He attempted a springboard 450 splash, but Okada raised his knees to block it. Reed successfully ducked a Rainmaker lariat attempt. Okada recovered to hit a tombstone piledriver and followed it with a successful Rainmaker to retain the title.

Killer intentions

Willow Nightingale spoke in a backstage interview. She embraced her “Comeback Killer” moniker and issued an open challenge to any wrestler returning from injury or an extended absence.

Dominion grants a pardon

Divine Dominion addressed Hyan and Maya World’s earlier video. Megan Bayne and Lena Kross officially granted the challengers a title match on the Dynasty Zero Hour pre-show. Bayne added that they wanted to remind the challengers that they were beneath the champions.

Commentary subsequently announced that Jack Perry will defend the AEW National Championship against Mark Davis on the Zero Hour broadcast.

Thekla and Marina Shafir vs. The Brawling Birds

The main event started as a wild brawl outside the ring. Alex Windsor executed a wheelbarrow slam on Marina Shafir onto the apron to officially start the match.

Jamie Hayter tagged in and delivered a series of German suplexes to Shafir. Shafir locked Hayter in a guillotine choke, but Hayter reached the ropes. Windsor later broke up an octopus stretch by kicking Shafir directly into Thekla. The Brawling Birds then hit “Two Birds, One Stone” to secure the victory.
