Darby Allin will defend the AEW World Championship for the third week in a row next Wednesday, meeting Brody King in the main event of a card from the EagleBank Arena in Fairfax, Virginia.

Last week, Allin brought a sudden end to MJF’s title reign by beating him on Dynamite. This Wednesday, he went a gruelling and bloody 18 minutes against Tommaso Ciampa before retaining via submission.

Shortly after tapping out Ciampa on Wednesday, Allin was challenged to a match by Brody King, who has been picking up momentum with singles wins. Allin accepted King’s request, making the match official for next week.

Along with the world title bout, MJF will take on Kevin Knight as part of next week’s show.

A matchup between these two was made after they exchanged words on the latest episode of Dynamite. Knight, annoyed with MJF’s pleas to get the AEW World Championship back, offered to beat him up. MJF accepted the challenge but wanted Knight to wager his TNT title, knowing that the belt was a source of pride for “The Jet.”

A win for MJF would kick off his first-ever reign with the TNT title. Knight captured the vacant championship at Dynasty by prevailing in a Casino Gauntlet match, and has since defended it in a singles bout against Claudio Castagnoli.

Here’s how next week’s Dynamite looks thus far:

  • Kevin Knight vs. MJF (TNT Championship)
  • Darby Allin vs. Brody King (AEW World Championship)
