TKO released compensation figures for its executive class in its proxy statement on Thursday, with several significant increases over the previous year.

Leading the way was Executive Chair and CEO Ari Emanuel, whose compensation package totaled $67,361,782, comprising his base salary of $3 million with an $11,880,000 bonus and nearly $44 million in stock rewards.

President and Chief Operating Officer Mark Shapiro had a total of $42,644,346 with a base salary of $4 million and received the largest bonus of its top executives with a $12.5 million payout.

WWE president Nick Khan received $24,288,201 in 2025, including $11.5 million in stock rewards.

Dwayne Johnson was paid $900,000 in royalties through his IP licensing agreement with the company and reimbursed for $600,000 in travel expenses related to the agreement.

Johnson made multiple appearances for WWE in 2025, including the Raw debut on Netflix and NXT the following night. He also appeared on an edition of Friday Night SmackDown in New Orleans and the Elimination Chamber premium live event in Toronto in March 2025. He has been a member of TKO’s board of directors since January 2024. The board of directors met five times throughout the year, and it was outlined that Johnson missed several due to “prior business commitments”.

TKO will host its annual meeting of shareholders through a virtual meeting on June 10 at 4:30 p.m. ET to re-elect its board of directors and ratify the appointment of KPMG as its independent public accounting firm.

The board consists of Ari Emauel, Mark Shapiro, Peter C.B. Bynoe, Egon Durban, Dwayne Johnson, Bradley Keywell, Nick Khan, Steve Koonin, Jonathan Kraft, Sonya Medina, Nancy Tellum, and Carrie Wheeler.
