Bandido will defend the ROH Championship at Arena México this Friday.
On Sunday, Volador Jr. defeated Bandido in a non-title match at the arena and issued a challenge to face Bandido in a rematch with the ROH Championship on the line. Bandido was quick to accept the challenge, and the two will meet this Friday at CMLL’s Viernes Espectacular.

It’s the third time Bandido has defended the ROH Championship in Mexico after defenses against Máscara Dorada last June and against Hechicero last October.
Bandido will face Volador Jr. on Friday and return to the U.S. for this Sunday’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view, where he faces Swerve Strickland in Queens, New York.
