It has not been confirmed if a settlement has been reached.
The trial was scheduled to take place in Delaware over four days this week and presided over by Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster.
The plaintiffs allege that the 2023 transaction to merge WWE with UFC undervalued the former, naming Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, Paul Levesque, George Barrios, and Michelle Wilson as the listed defendants. The plaintiffs allege that McMahon steered the transaction toward Endeavor and did not allow the bidders, KKR and Liberty Media, to engage in a fair bidding process for WWE.
