A series of big matchups has been confirmed for a special Thursday night edition of AEW Collision.
Tomorrow’s episode of Collision, which is being taped this evening in San Diego, California, has nine matchups announced for it.
Bang Bang Gang member Jay White will make his in-ring return as part of the card, battling alongside The Gunns and Adam Copeland to face Shane Taylor Promotions. White, who hasn’t wrestled since March 2025, was brought into this weekend’s match after getting called out by STP.
A pair of matchups will take place to decide who enters first and second in next week’s Women’s Casino Gauntlet Match, where the winner gets a title shot at the Redemption pay-per-view. The Casino Gauntlet sees wrestlers enter in a staggered, one-at-a-time format, similar to a Royal Rumble. But, the match is one fall to a finish, meaning entering first and second could provide a huge advantage.
Four women will be fighting for such an advantage on tomorrow’s show. ROH Women’s World Champion Athena will take on STARDOM’s Rina, and Owen Hart Cup finalist Maya World will face Julia Hart.
The Forbidden Door will remain open this weekend, with a few fun NJPW inclusions.
Unbound Company’s Drilla Moloney and Shingo Takagi will team up to face PAC and Claudio Castagnoli. El Phantasmo, who went head-to-head with Will Ospreay last week, will meet Kyle Fletcher in a singles match.
Other stand-out bouts on Thursday’s show include Andrade El Idolo facing former Don Callis Family teammate Brian Cage, and the team of Mike Bailey, Bandido, and Mistico battling with The Rascalz.
