Seth Rollins crashed the main event segment of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event to attack Roman Reigns, who was in the ring with New York Knicks captain Jalen Brunson.

Brunson helped to delay Rollins, who was about to deliver a chair-assisted Curb Stomp to Reigns after Tyrese Haliburton helped set up the attack.

Reigns appeared alongside Brunson to close the show at Madison Square Garden, praising him for leading the franchise to its first NBA championship in 53 years.

He then presented the point guard with a custom blue-and-orange World Heavyweight Championship belt.

Rollins’ entrance music interrupted the celebration, but Indiana Pacers star Haliburton emerged instead, carrying a steel chair.

The distraction allowed Rollins to enter through the crowd and attack Reigns from behind. Haliburton handed him the chair, which Rollins placed beneath Reigns’ head as he prepared to deliver the Curb Stomp.

Brunson stepped between them, giving Reigns time to recover and land a Superman Punch and spear on Rollins.

Rollins and Haliburton then retreated together as Reigns and Brunson remained in the ring to celebrate.
