The UFC 330 card is set, as all fighters made weight on Friday morning, including the four fighters involved in the two championship fights.
Twelve fights are scheduled for Saturday’s show in Philadelphia, led by Islam Makhachev defending the welterweight championship against Ian Machado Garry and a Strawweight Championship fight between Mackenzie Dern and Gillian Robertson.
Makhachev moved up a weight in his last fight, defeating Jack Della Maddalena at UFC 322 to become the welterweight champion and looks to achieve his seventeenth consecutive victory. Machado Garry is 10-1 since debuting in the UFC, with his lone blemish against Shavkat Rakhmonov in December 2024. The Irish fighter rebounded from the loss with decision wins against Carlos Prates and Belal Muhammad last year.
Makhachev will set a record for most consecutive wins in UFC history with seventeen, if victorious, surpassing the mark set by former middleweight champion Anderson Silva.
Michael Morales will serve as the backup fighter for the welterweight main event and weighed 170 pounds on Friday morning.
Dern became the 115-pound champion at UFC 321 last October, defeating Virna Jandiroba for the vacant championship after Zhang Weili moved to flyweight. Robertson is a veteran, having fought twenty times inside the Octagon, and is 6-1 since returning to the weight class and heads into UFC 330 on a five-fight winning streak.
