OSKAR & Yuto-Ice reclaimed the IWGP tag team titles on Tuesday and revealed their mystery partner for King of Pro Wrestling.
The Knockout Bros. became two-time champions at Tuesday’s Road to King of Pro Wrestling show at Korakuen Hall with a crowd of 1,041. OSKAR & Yuto-Ice defeated HENARE & Great O-Khan to end United Empire’s four-month reign.
The Knockout Bros. previously held the belts for nearly nine months before dropping them at Dominion this past June.
The match saw the United Empire attack OSKAR’s knee and utilize a chair when Red Shoes was knocked out. The challengers ended the match with a Berlin Fall and Ambition as a prelude to the K.O.B. on O-Khan for the pinfall.
Jeff Cobb was introduced by the new champions and will be their partner this Monday at King of Pro Wrestling when they challenge Will Ospreay, HENARE & Great O-Khan for the NEVER Openweight 6-man tag titles.
