Sam Holloway is the latest name to part ways with WWE’s ID program.

Holloway, who was recruited to WWE’s program a little under two years ago, confirmed the news via social media on Monday.

My time in the WWE ID Program has come to an end.

Thank you for an incredible two years filled with unforgettable experiences, opportunities, and lessons that will stay with me throughout my career.

I’m beyond grateful for this chapter, but even more excited for what’s ahead.

The work continues and I’m ready to takeover!

Holloway is among a group of prospects who have left the WWE ID program recently. Laynie Luck and Marcus Mathers also exited the system in recent days.

Holloway appeared on early episodes of EVOLVE, which relaunched as a weekly WWE series in early 2025. He ended up working 11 matches on the show in total while remaining a highly active name on the North American independent scene.

WWE ID is a program which recruits independent wrestlers to the company’s feeder system. Talent signed to WWE ID typically continue to take independent bookings while training at WWE’s Performance Center and making appearances on shows like EVOLVE and NXT.
