R-Truth has provided a positive update following a scary end to his Smackdown match last weekend.
A match between R-Truth and Damian Priest on Friday’s episode of WWE Smackdown came to a sudden end after it looked as though an injury was sustained.
R-Truth remained on the mat after scoring a missile dropkick out of the corner, eventually causing the referee to throw up an “X” and end the match.
Shortly after the bout aired, a report from False Finish confirmed that the dropkick out of the corner was not how they had planned to end the match.
A few days removed from the concerning spot, R-Truth told fans that he is “OK.”
I AM OK, Thank you ALL for your support, concerns and get well wishes , Wow, It truly feels amazing to feel and be loved I'm grateful for you all.

“I AM OK, Thank you ALL for your support, concerns and get well wishes,” he wrote on X. “Wow, It truly feels amazing to feel and be loved I’m grateful for you all.”
Details on the exact injury that R-Truth suffered, or information on how long he could be away, aren’t known at the moment.
